In Harvest Moon: Hero of Leaf Valley, there is a variation from most Harvest Moon games on how you upgrade your tools. Here is what you need for the upgrades. The Super Tools decrease the stamina usage of the tool. The Hyper upgrade reduces it even further. The second upgrade doesn't appear until you have the first upgrade. The third upgrade doesn't appear until you have the second upgrade.


SickleEdit

Upgrades: The first upgrade reuires a Blue Rock and 1,000G, the second upgrade requires a Orichalcum and 2,500G. The third upgrade requires a Rare Metal and 4500G.

The first upgrade is called the Light Sickle. The Second Upgrade is called the Super Sickle. The Third upgrade is called the Ultra Sickle.

AxeEdit

Upgrades: The first upgrade reuires a Blue Rock and 1,000G, the second upgrade requires a Orichalcum and 2,500G. The third upgrade requires a Rare Metal and 4500G.

Watering CanEdit

Upgrades: There is no upgrade for the Watering Can in this game, unfortunately. You are stuck with 30 units of water at a time and watering one crop at a time.

Fishing RodEdit

Upgrades: The first upgrade requires a piece of Silver and 1,800G, the second upgrade requires a piece of Gold and 5,400G.

The first upgrade is called the Super Rod. The Second Upgrade is called the Hyper DX Fishing Rod.


Cooking Utensil tools upgradesEdit

Upgrades: The first upgrade requires a piece of Silver and 1,500G, the second upgrade requires a piece of Gold and 3,000G

The first upgrade is to a Medium Pot. The second upgrade is to a Large Pot.

Frying PanEdit

Upgrades: The first upgrade requires a piece of Silver and 1,500G, the second upgrade requires a piece of Gold and 3,000G

The first upgrade is to a Medium Frying Pan. The second upgrade is to a Large Frying Pan.


Rucksack UpgradesEdit

Medium Rucksack: The first Rucksack upgrade only requires 1,500G. It adds 2 more rows of items to be carried.

Large Rucksack: The Second Rucksack upgrade only reuires 5,000G. It adds another 2 rows of items to be carried.
